Gerne. Den entscheidenden Anstoß, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel für die Lebensphase Kinderwunsch und Schwangerschaft zu entwickeln, bekam ich an einem Samstag im Jahr 2010. Ich war zu Besuch bei einer guten Freundin, die mir von ihrem Kinderwunsch berichtete. Als sie mir ihre Nahrungsergänzung zeigte, erschien mir die Anwendung kompliziert. Bei BabyFORTE® Kinderwunsch haben wir Inhaltsstoffe unter anderem danach ausgewählt, welche Rolle sie für die weibliche Fruchtbarkeit sowie des Körpers auf die Schwangerschaft spielen können. Zu den allerwichtigsten Inhaltsstoffen zählen Folsäure und Quatrefolic®.

BabyFORTE® Kinderwunsch enthält aber auch alle B-Vitamine, Vitamin D, Myo-Inositol, Q10 sowie peruanisches Maca. Wir bieten BabyFORTE® Kinderwunsch mit und ohne Jod an.

Vitamin B6 ist wichtig für eine normale Hormontätigkeit sowie auch Zink für die normale Fruchtbarkeit. Zudem können spezielle Inhaltsstoffe wie Myo-Inositol, Maca und Q10 eine sinnvolle Ergänzung sein.

Der Aufbau eines optimalen Folsäurespiegels dauert bei einer täglichen Einnahme von 800 μg Folsäure bis zu 4 Wochen. Da viele Frauen erst einige Wochen nach der Empfängnis von ihrer Schwangerschaft erfahren, raten viele Gynäkologen zu einer vorsorglichen Einnahme.

Jod ist der Grundstoff, den die Schilddrüse für die Produktion wichtiger Hormone benötigt. Der Körper kann Jod nicht selbst produzieren, deshalb muss ihm das Spurenelement über die Ernährung zugeführt werden. Ungefähr 80 Prozent dessen, was wir an Jod aus der Nahrung aufnehmen, wird für die Schilddrüse verbraucht. Sehr ernst, denn eine Fehlfunktion der Schilddrüse kann zu Zyklusstörungen führen. Eisprünge können unregelmäßiger und seltener auftreten oder sogar ganz ausbleiben. Letztlich kann die Fruchtbarkeit der Frau durch eine Schilddrüsenfehlfunktion stark eingeschränkt sein und ohne entsprechende ärztliche Behandlung kann es länger dauern, schwanger zu werden oder ist gar nicht erst möglich.

Eine Überfunktion der Schilddrüse zum Beispiel wird in den meisten Fällen von der sogenannten Basedowschen Krankheit ausgelöst. In Deutschland sind rund 10 % der Frauen im Alter zwischen 20 und 50 Jahren betroffen. Also auch Frauen, die sich in einem Lebensabschnitt befinden, wo Kinderwunsch und Schwangerschaft durchaus ein Thema ist.

Eine Schilddrüsenüberfunktion ist heutzutage gut behandelbar. Es ist wichtig, regelmäßig die Schilddrüsenwerte kontrollieren zu lassen und mit dem Arzt Rücksprache zu halten, ob und in welcher Menge Jod zugeführt werden sollte.
